What to Expect at Your Massage
Arrive and park free. We're at 503 Carlisle Drive in Herndon, in Suite 275. Reserved spaces marked “Suite 275” are directly in front of the building.
Quick check-in. Your therapist asks what's bothering you, any injuries or health conditions, and the pressure you prefer.
Your session. You'll undress to your comfort level and stay covered with a fresh sheet except for the area being worked on (Thai massage is done in comfortable clothing). Speak up anytime about pressure or temperature.
After. Drink some water and take it easy. Many guests with chronic tightness book every 2–4 weeks — which is where our packages save the most.

Massage FAQs
How much is a massage in Herndon?
At Tea Tree, most 60-minute massages are $100 — deep tissue, Thai, hot stone, prenatal, reflexology and head/neck/shoulder. 90-minute deep tissue, Thai, hot stone and prenatal sessions are $150. Therapeutic, postpartum and lymphatic drainage massage are $120 for 60 minutes and $180 for 90 minutes. Packages start at $80 per hour.
What's the difference between deep tissue and therapeutic massage?
Deep tissue uses firm, slow pressure on the deeper muscle layers. Therapeutic massage combines several techniques — which may include deep tissue — focused on a specific problem area such as low back or neck pain.
Is deep tissue massage painful?
You may feel some intensity on tight areas, but it should never be sharp pain. Your therapist will check in on pressure and adjust — just speak up anytime.
Should I get 60 or 90 minutes?
60 minutes is great for a full-body session or one focus area. Choose 90 minutes if you want full-body work and extra time on a problem area, or if you carry a lot of tension.
What should I wear for Thai massage?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Thai massage involves assisted stretches, so loose clothes make it easier to move.
Can I get a massage while pregnant?
Yes — our prenatal massage is designed for expecting moms, with positioning and pressure adapted for pregnancy. Please tell us how far along you are and check with your doctor if you have a high-risk pregnancy.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in and tell your therapist about any areas to focus on or avoid.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free parking right in front of 503 Carlisle Drive — look for the spaces marked “Reserved Suite 275.”
